Topic: About Question 13 on the citizenship application

Question 13 asks about previous/existing immigration statuses in other countries. For "date obtained/effective date" and "end date", which of the following dates should be used?

Visa issue and expiry dates on the passport

or,

Arrival and departure dates on the passport

or,

Issue and expiry date of residence/work/study permit on a permit document/card

Visa issue/expiry dates can be different from the permit issue/expiry or entry/exit dates. That's why I'm confused.
