Hi, my partner is a Canadian citizen, and we've just moved to Toronto. (he is originally from Vancouver, but spent the last 7 years abroad) He got his OHIP number about 2 weeks ago and they told him it is already active, but nor the OHIP Card, nor the Ontario Card did not arrived yet, he just got a paper. I'm wondering if he is eligible for refund, because he had to see a doctor before he got the card, and we had to pay for the doctors visit and his meds too. |
