Arabic Stamps in Passport

Hi,
I have got Arabic stamps in my passport as I was working in Saudi Arabia before my immigration.
I have not visited Middle East after my immigration.
My concern is do I have to translate Arabic Stamps to English prior to test date?

I would appreciate if anybody can share contacts of an accredited Arabic translator in scarborough area. I have been to UAE during my first year of landing and have some immigration stamps in Arabic. although date mention is in english for Exit and Entry stamp beside arabic, do I still have to translate it to English as RQ point 1?
will appreciate your reply.
