I am a canadian PR since 4 years..expecting a baby in december.
I wish to deliver the baby in canada so that i dont have to go through the sponsorship process.
My husband is an indian and I have`nt sponspored him still.
Will I be eligible for CCTB as a PR mother of a Canadian born baby?
Or do both the parents have to be Canadians/PR?
Thanks
