Can I change information on birth certificate?

Hai... when my child born her birth certificate i add my last name as mine.. then i add her father information on her birth certificate but now i doubt about that i want to remove her father information can i remove it............
i dont change her last name i just add her father information so can i remove her father information now thank you

hello, so I just found out that the father on my son's birth certificate is not his biological father. how would I go about changing the father on the birth certificate?

Go to the issuing authority which created the birth certificate in the first instance and provide them with evidence that what’s on the certificate is wrong.

Prepare an application to the Registrar of Births and Deaths which comes under your municipal corporation. This letter must include your old name along with your new name and the reason why you have changed your name.
