i got married on 18 march 2012.
my spouse lived in canada n i entered canada on 5 october 2012.
my spouse live in toronto but i live in calgary.
i want to give her divorce but she threatens that she can deport me .
i have my PR card.
how long will it take to give her divorce n when can i file divorce.
when can i get remarried .

We married in august 2011
My application submitted in oct 2011.
So I came to canada Nov 2015
And now everyday we are having lots of problem in our life and it's getting hard to live the whole life with each others.my wife is pragnent too.but when we fight with each others she always say that I'll divorce you and kick u back to your country even her family is saying this to me too.i new here I really dont know about these things please help me and let me know that if we divorce can she deport me back and what will happen to baby. Thanks
