My friend landed in Canada about a month ago. He has "Good To Be Followed" with Form B4A stamped. Now he went back to his country of origin to prepare his "Good To Be Followed". But he then cannot find his B4A form even turning the whole place up side down. He probably lost the form.

Can any one give him advice whether there is a way that he can get a copy of his own B4A for the duty-free Good To Be Followed ?

Thank you.

Hello - Thanks for posting this message and providing the solution for this. I myself lost my B4 - Goods to follow form and recently had to pay customs for my car.
Looking at this message I went to the following website and filed a request for my B4. the key was to provide the exact date and port of landing.. and of course other ID information.

https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en

Looks like the "Access to Information Act or the Privacy Act" allows us to get this info.

I got a copy of my B4 with the Goods to follow attachment within about twenty days.. and i can now seek for reimbursement of the duty on my car..

thanks.
