Quebec or Ontario?

Hello
I apply for Quebec selection skill worker, but as long as I find out one of my old friends lives in Toronto and she offer me a job and apartment so I decided to land in Toronto instead of Quebec .
I want to know if I land and live in Toronto ,would it be a problem in my citizenship or not?
I heard that when you land in Canada you are free to choose where you live.

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
You mentioned that you were selected by Québec and received your CSQ. In this case, it is important that you review the CSQ and declaration.
If you have no intention to live in the Province that accepted you, that would be a significant change in why your application was accepted.
According to a Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles(MICC) Centre de contacts clientèle (Information service) representative, it may raise some questions during the landing process if it was discovered that you had no intention to reside in Québec. They may question you at the port of entry. They suggested that you can state your situation and that you were offered employment in Ontario.
They also stated that even though you have received the CSQ, once you have gone through the landing process, as a Permanent Resident of Canada, you have mobility rights, meaning you can live and work anywhere in Canada.
