How Long does the Address Notification Take?

Dear Moderators,
i have tried to update my address upon landing twice on the online web tool for "address notification" but even after 10 days the address has not been updated. (this was the first try). The second i only did on the 24th.
I will try to call AND fax them the address changes tomorrow.
I hope updating the web site, by phone and by fax does not mess up the system. please advice.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
According to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre, it takes 5 business days to see updated information.
Therefore, they suggested that if you do not see any updates or changes to your address by next Monday, that you should contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre directly so that they can check the system and possibly update it if needed.

hi anne,
when i use the link posted in your message and use my UCI to log in the site only shows me the status of my application for immigration. it does not provide any information regarding my application of my PR card.
can you tell me if i need to use some other reference number instead of my UCI?
