i tried all ways mentioned above but till now no success always the same : Please wait

Why is it so difficult to work with IMM 0008?
I'm very technical and the web site makes it very difficult.
I*ve never experienced such a poor web site where the files don't pull up easily
It still doesn't work with the spark above. I will try rebooting and use internet explorer and google chrome.
I'VE SPENT SEVERAL HOURS ON THIS
Is there an easier way you can post the 0008 form online?

Unfortunately, we are unable to post forms from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada(IRCC) on the Settlement.Org website.
You may want to try calling the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) directly to see if they have any suggestions or solutions regarding this form.

I have a U.S. based phone number in Canada and the phone number 888 242 2100 doesnt work. Is there anther way to call?

This is very important for everyone on how to do this
Download the pdf document from the government web site. DO NOT CLICK ON THE FORM!!
Open up your adobe software, find the file in the download section on your computer
It will come up
This is not typical of how these forms pull up. The software programmer for the Canadian web site was not skilled in setting it up correctly

This will be very helpful for others who are experiencing something similar.
In case you need it in the future, we have had some of our users previously state that they have been able to contact IRCC from abroad by dialing 1 613 944 4000. Listen to the options to get to IRCC. Then you should be transferred to the IRCC Call Centre.
Please note though we are not sure if this number continues to work this way.
Please be aware that long distance charges will apply.
