How to apply, processing time, if you're outside of Canada...

My wife and son applied for travel document from kuwait to the embassy in abu dhabi and there has been no reply from them ..its been almost 15 days.
We have send them mails and tried caling them but no luck ..
My worry is only after i get the travel doc.i wish to resign from work and do the procudure to leave for Canada...awaiting your reply

Hi
You noted that the processing time for 80% of the applications is 10 WORKING days. So you should get a response fairly shortly.
