Citizenship Test - Nov 2013 - No Oath Letter

I gave my citizenship test for the second time on nov 26, 2013 in glen erin centre, mississauga. i passed the test. they requested for my fingerprints on jan 17, 2014. after that, i still haven't got any letter for my oath ceremony. Still waiting. has anyone experienced the same situation. Please advise.
