hi,
i am a pr since June 2011
my family and I first landed in june 25, 2011
and stay for 21st days in toronto, leave toronto and go back to my country in july 17, 2011.
Now I come back to Toronto at July 13, 2014 (just landed) and plan to stay till my PR card expired in Sept 2016.
Can you help me to calculate my Residency Requirements? So I can know that if i renew my PR card in 2016 have no problem.

As long as you don't leave Canada for more than 3 days up to July/2016 you will maintain your PR status.
