Whether I have to wait for my Bsc equivalancy to work as an alternate Nurse or I can start once I find the job?

Regarding the process, you can find some detailed information on the
Ontario Immigration website in the Nursing section.
It has tools and information such as a link to the Career Map for internationally trained nurses and contact information for where to get specialized help and bridging programs available for Internationally Educated Nurses.
