Address and Work History

Hello,
I'm trying to fill out my application form for PR card renewal.
I was under the impression that I have to account to my whereabouts/activities for the past 5 years preceding my application and that there should be no gaps at all.
I was outside the country for a few times and also has had so many different jobs.
I would just like some help with regards to filling out information that CIC would deem relevant and pertinent.
In the Address History, do I have to include a specific address where I stayed during the months that I was outside Canada?
And because I've also worked as a short-term live-in caregiver within the 5-year period for few families, should my employers' addresses be included as well for those months that I stayed with them?
As for Work History, I also did some jobs through temp-work agencies, and there were more than a few times that I was asked to work for just one day or two. Do I also have to include these in my work history?
I'm hoping you could shed some light on these.
Thank you very much.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
According to several CIC representatives, they state that the best thing to do is to provide as much as you can.
You may want to contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre directly for some additional information and suggestions related specifically to your situation.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.

Hi,
I traveled twice to the US during my eligibility period, 2 days in Las Vegas and 5 days in San Jose California. Should I include the hotel addresses in my citizenship application Under section 10.a
Regards
