I came in canada as a permanent residence..now I want to go back for some time..but I don't have my pr card..Is it possible if i went back to india,then someone who is in canada receive it through mail and can send it to me in india..so, I can return back to canada plz rply soon

Hi
I m PR under convention refugee category, I want to visit my kids and and wife as I m not able to go back home I want to visit them in India . From January 2014 India is not issuing visa on travel documents, can I use my seized passport to travel to India if it s valid.
Pls help me guys because I really miss my wife and kids
