I have a valid PR Card .

Its validity is up to June 2015.

I had stayed 75 days in Canada .

I could not get admission in technical college on credit transfer basis there so I decided to complete my technical graduation in India Now I have completed my B.Tech.degree and want to pursue higher education in Canada.

I can travel and re enter Canada with my valid PR Card now but I have not completed 730 days there earlier so I am apprehensive of my status .

Will there be any issue while re entering and staying there for higher education?

Hi,

1. currently you are still a PR. You'll keep your status unless you relinquish it or CIC deprives you of your status.

2. being a PR, you can still enter Canada, but the officer at the border will likely report you to CIC for not fulfilling you residency obligation and there is a good chance that you will lose you status which ultimately will result in a departure order.

I guess all you can do is to relinquish your PR status and start all over.
