Hello,

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.

According to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre, it will be a new expiry date. First they will re-evaluate the last 5 years regarding your residency.

The Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre also suggested that if you have not already, you should contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre directly to report that your PR card has been lost.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
