I have landed on June 1 2014 through Buffalo-Niagara boarder.

And It has been more than 3 months. I'm still waiting for the PR Card.

At the time i landed, I talked to agent at the boarder that i would move in new place. And he gave me the address change application paper. When i logged in the Website to change the address, the old address is the immigration agency. The home address was blank.

I'm currently living in the sharing house, So I wanted my PR Card to be sent to agency. So,I didn't change the address and keep the old address as it is.

I tried to call Call center to figure out when it will be delivered. But no one is answering the phone. All of the agents are busy all the time.

what should i do?

Do i need to change the address now to be sent to my home?

what if it's sent already and it's on the way?

Do i have to wait for next couple of days more to see if immigration agency receive any information??

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your situation with us.

We can appreciate that you would be concerned about this.

We suggest that you continue to try to contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre.

It is possible to get through. Many of our users have stated that dialing close to 8am is helpful.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
