Need to Move Out - What are my Rights?

I am a co-tenant in a rented condo.
Prior to moving in we had a verbal agreement that I would have master bedrm and pay $15 less rent in order to meet my budget. Other tenant moved in first.
When I arrived 2 weeks later the apartment was full, every cupboard closet and vanity in the bathroom and the master bedroom.
Due to a seizure disorder that was fully disclosed I need a space with no distractions I.e. Master bedroom to do my work.
Attempts to carve out space in rest of apartment limited success.
I want out.
I have 7 months left on the lease.
Landlord will only accept me leaving if I find another tenant.
My roommate is never available to meet prospects and turned down an International student outright.
I've started having seizures from the stress and have increased my meds and reduced my workload but it hasn't helped.
What do I do??
