I sent my citizenship application 50 days ago. I have now received a letter from CIC (issued on 9 Dec) that my application has passed through preliminary review and has been forwarded to Program Support Unit for final review. Though the title of letter says, 'Delayed Application.' I am a bit worried about what does Delayed Application means.
