Good Morning to all.
I just want to ask if what are the possible ways on how to follow up the unreceived email from the CIC.
Our situation is that we are now at the part the we are waiting for the email if when we are going to submit our passport at the embassy of canada here in manila.
When my mother, presently at canada, called the CIC December 7, 2015 10:00PM, the agent told my mom that the were already sent the email last October 30, 2014 BUT WE DIDN'T RECEIVED THE EMAIL.
What we had received was that our mother will be interviewed Last November 24, 2014. This email was received November 6, 2014.

Hi There,
Thanks for sharing your question and situation with us. We can appreciate the frustration of your situation given the length of sponsorship application processing times.
As you probably are aware, you can access your application status online on Citizenship and Immigration Canada's website.
You can call the Call Centre and ask again about your file and let them know your current situation and the dates of the last correspondence you recieved.
You may also contact the appropriate visa office for information on your file.
