I am entitled to NEL and LOE due to medical.
this has been excepted by WSIB

My NEL and LOE was based on my waged of 1999.

Yet my hourly wage when I had to reduce my hours and go to another positon in the company was 23.86 per hour.

WSIB paid out based on the date of injury not from the date of loss of wages.

CAN THEY DO THIS?

I have filed an intent to object and they still stick by their origional decission.
