Volunteering on Open Work Permit

Hi
I have an open work permit. On my permit it says "not authorized to work in childcare, primary/secondary school teachings, health service field occupations".
I would like to know if I can volunteer to help at a school and if not then is there anything I have to do to be able to do so?
