Can I move freely with a PR file number only?

I just received my file number for a permanent residency application. I am being sponsored by my husband.
The problem is, we need to move to a different province for my husbands work. Can I just change addresses to the province we are moving to ?
I am on a temporary work permit now. I met my husband who is was born here, while being on the temp work program. We got married in the summer of 2014 and I just received my file number for a sponsored permanent residency. My contract with my employer runs out in April of this year. But my husband has more then sufficient funds to support me while I am in process. I also have an open work visa in process.
Basically, I want to know if I can move between provinces with a temp work permit, with an open work visa or with a sponsored permanent residency file number.
Thanks

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
We suggest that you contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre directly for information specific to your situation.
If you are in the middle of the sponsorship application process, it is likely you will need to inform them of your new address in order to continue receiving important correspondence.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
