Girlfriend in Canada - Options?

Hi, im trying to visit or even move to Canada. I have a girlfriend that wants me to live with her, I want to go to college in Canada, also to get a job. I just want a new life. Just I dont know if I can. I have a juvenile record back when I was 12 or 13. Am I able to still visit or move there? Im right now 19
