my girlfriend is sponsoring me
we have sent off papar work and got a letter stating that they have recieved it
we applied outside of canada because we were told it would be faster
my current work permit runs out on oct 15 this yr
i have been informed by my employer that i might not be able to renew work permit as i went outside of canada can you tell me if this is true ?

You can certainly renew your work permit. However in order to do so your employer first needs to obtain an approved LMIA.
