Hello,
I have become a PR in April 2013 and according to the online calculator I am eligible for applying for my citizenship. The only thing is I do not have the physical present because I was outside the country for 58 days. The calculator estimated that I can apply in August 2015. When this changes come to place in June, do they apply to me as well?
I am really confused now and would appreciate any help!

Yes - once the changes to the citizenship rules are in place - they will apply to you.
Note that we don't know for certain that the rules will come into place in June. If the rules come into place after August - then you'll be able to apply in August under the old rules. If the new rules come into place before you are ready to apply, then you will have to wait until you meet the new 4 out of 6 year rule.
