Me and my family landed on 2nd April 2105 at Pearson Int'l Airport Toronto. Up til now I have not received our PR cards and when I called the call center the office told me that the application will be sent for printing tomorrow (10 days back) and it should be received soon. Now I saw the average processing time is 57 calendar days and its been 63 days for us and cards are not received. Please advise if I need to take any action on this or wait for some more time.

Second thing is I checked my ECAS but the status is same old that used to be before issuance of visa and even the mailing address is not updated on ECAS whereas when I called call center the address is updated. Please also let me know how to view updated status of PR card on ECAS?

Thanks,

SKA

Hello SKA,

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.

You may want to try and contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre again and explain that you have still not received it and that you cannot view your status or updated address on the system.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.

Hi ....

I have landed on April 1st by road at Queenston-Lew Bridge. I called up CIC call center and agents are saying that card has been sent on May 20 and i haven't received it till date. They also advised me to send solemn declaration if not received by July 1. And would the solemn declaration police complaint number ? I didnt receive the card and how can file a police complaint around it ?

Any advice will help much.

Thanks,
Karthick S

Hello Karthick,

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.

The CIC Solemn Declaration states that you need to include information regarding your efforts made to locate the document, for example indicate that police authorities have been notified and attach a copy of the police report or incident report number.

Your User Id indicates that you are in Mississauga. You can find some information on filing a report online on the CIC Peel Police -File a Report Online website.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
