Hi there, I am canadian citizen and came to Canada on federal skilled worker's and now I am going to apply for my spouse. Would anyone tells me the answer of question # 10 of IMM5540 that "were you yourself sponsored to come to Canada". Thanks

You should answer "no". You applied for PR to come to Canada yourself - you were not sponsored.
