Hi, I am planning to land in Toronto sometime in 2015. Is September or October a good time to land for a new comer from tropical region. My concern is if the weather would be hard for someone totally new.

The earlier in the year you can land, the better probably as it will give you more time to adjust before winter sets in. But if you could make it in September then you still have a couple of months before the really cold temperatures. Plus the fall season in Ontario can still be reasonably warm and very beautiful with the change of colours.
