Hello Alda,
Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
According to the CIC Website the processing time for PR cards for existing permanent residents is 110 calendar days.
You can find some information regarding what your options are in our Settlement.Org I need to leave Canada but do not have my PR card yet. What should I do? article.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.

URGENT URGENT URGENT - Can I get reply Please
We immigrated in Oct 2007. Left Canada in 2007.
Before expiry of our PR in 2012, we entered Canada.
Since then we are living in Canada only. In Nov 2014 we applied for renewal of PR. In Feb 2015, CIC required colour photocopies of our passport. We sent Colour photocopies in Mar 2015 along with Travel ticket and e-receipt for travel to India on 29th August Till date we have not received our PR.
We have almost completed 1160 days of continuous stay.
When contacted CIC Call Center they informed us it went for secondary review. Today after filling web form we received an email that our application is in Sydney. We have to travel urgently to India on 29th August 2015 and return on 2nd October 2015.
How safe we are to apply for Travel Documents and come back to Canada. Are we sure to get a Travel Document to travel back to Canada?
If anyone can please clarify we will be thankful.

Hello Subbaraman,
Thank you for sharing your situation and questions with us.
It is very difficult for us to provide a definitive response regarding your situation.
Unfortunately, we cannot say definitively whether or not you will be issued a Permanent resident travel document (PRTD).
We suggest that you contact a lawyer who is familiar with Canadian Immigration issues directly for some information and assistance with your situation.
You may also want to contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre to explain your situation and to ask what your options are.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
