Hi Everyone !
My family lost PR status due to long absence from Canada . Is there any complication to sponsor my wife and two kids under family class.
(Also, application for travel document was turned down.i did not not appeal as there was not enough ground.)
My current status is PR

Loss of Permanent Resident status is a complicated issue.
We suggest that you contact a Lawyer who is familiar with immigration issues for some additional information regarding this type of situation.
