Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I'm asking your help to solve my requesting refund.
I'm requesting my refund payment for my daughter citizenship application,since last April2015, she canceled it due for lack of some documents.

We suggest that you may want to call CIC directly at: 1-888-242-2100 (In Canada Only) to find out the status of your refund.
It may be busy but it is possible to get through to speak to an agent.
