Loud Music - What are my Rights?

I live in a low rise apartment building and I am very respectful of 99.9% of my neighbours I takes upon herself to constantly cousin about my loud music. I never play any music past 08:30 pm, and on my IPhone I have recorded the decibel to be approx 80 do ( speakers are pouted away from our shared wall. I work in a very high stress job ( Emergenvy Department of a Large Hospital do I like to unwind firc30 yo 60 minutes.
Am I breaking the law or is this neighbour infringing on my right to enjoy my domicile within reason?
Can someone give me an answer, please......
