I am canadian citizen.

I got married in Jan 2012.

I filed spousal sponsorship in March 2012.

My husband landed in canada in Sept 2012.

Intially, we lived with my parents in their house so that I and my husband both work and save money so as to move in our own house.

But my husband said he don't want to live in my parents house as a live in son in law.

So we moved out of my parents house in Dec 2012.

Then he said he need a car to go to work. I bought a brand new car from my funds. He use to take car and i use to take bus to go to my work.

He worked for a month and said he don't want to do Labour job.

He said he wants to study.

I said ok. I'll pay for your studies and take care of all expenses including house, studies and car related expenses.

He didn't study, but instead indulge himself in bad friends who use to take drugs and chill all the time.

During that time my husband did an external marital affair.

He failed in his exams.

I came to know about his affair. I forgive him and told him that let's give another chance to our relationship. He agreed and promised this won't happen again.

Then he got a good job in his field in Sept 2013. In dec 2013, he said he was not satisfied with his job. Hence want to give another chance to studies. I agreed. But very next day he started going back to his old routine of meeting friends. He used to leave home saying that he was going for group studies and would return back home in mornings.

In Feb 2014, I conceived. It was our mutual decision. But in Apr 2014 he sent me to India saying that his mother will take good care of me than my own mother who lives in canada. I was not convinced with this idea, but he manipulated me with his kind words and I agreed to go to India.

While I was in India, he didn't study, didn't work at all, used all my saving and bank balances, emptied my credit cards.

I came back from india in aug 2014 with his parents on visitors visa.

When I returned back from India, he refused to give me back my cards. He theathen me that he would give me my cards back only if we get divorced. Hence not to ask about cards and that he will manage all my finance from then on. I didn't said anything.

I delivered a baby girl in Dec 2014. He started behaving strange. He never bought anything for my daughter not even a diaper. While filing our tax return I can to know that he hardly worked that whole year. I was so angry, I asked him what did he do whole year. Where was he eating all lunch that I packed for him to eat at work. He said he didn't work at all and was chilling with those friends.

My husband change my bank account online login information. Henice, I went to bank very next day and got it reset. When I accessed my account, I was shocked. He used all of my money and took overdraft. Meanwhile where he was working. He resigned from there. I asked him why he did that he said he wants to move from here.I said you don't have money, you used all of my money too, i am on maternity and we now have a daughter to look after. How will we manage? He said not to worry about it,he will take care of everything. But things started getting worst.

Finally he left me in June 2015 with no money to survive for me and my daughter.

Before leaving, he said he married me for citizenship. Right now I am in process of getting my separation agreement done through the lawyer. He lives somewhere in ontario. I tried calling CBSA. They said they don't thinking that it's a marriage fraud. I don't know what to do.?
