How to apply, processing time, if you're outside of Canada...

Hi, I cheked online for my pr renewal status which was in process and this is what I found:
1- we received your application May 4th
2- we started processing your application August 25
3- we sent you a letter on August 25, 2015 please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
If someone had the same experience please advise, I still did not get the letter what will happen next?

Yes I applied for renewal and they received it April 22. Started process June 23. I found out by logging in . Says in process.

If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.Still "In Process".
