Need to Travel-Renewal of PR card in Process

Hi,
Have applied for PR renewal upon fulfilling 730 days residency,on urgent basis-with air ticket as proof of travel by 2 Nov15.Received mail on 10 Aug 15 from CIC for sending photocopies of my passport with entry/exit immigration stamps translations.
Sent Requisite docs by 4 Sept to CIC,status-showing In Process.Not able to contact for confirmation of receipt that CIC received docs vide my 4th Sept mail.Since Urgent travel requirement by 2 Nov,can I get my renewed PR card by then if not before leaving Canada how to get Permanent Resident Travel Document ?

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
You should contact the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre directly with your questions.
In terms of applying for a Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD), you will have to apply for the Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD) at the nearest Canadian Visa Office.
