Hello,

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.

It is difficult for us to give you a definitive response regarding how long it will take.

According to the CIC Website,

If your application is non-routine, it will take longer to process. The current typical processing time for non-routine applications is 36 months. Some will be processed faster than this.

If your case is taking longer than the time shown and you need more information, please contact the Call Centre.

You may want to contact the the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre directly.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
