I'm in the process of applying for citizenship but I cannot seem to locate the IMM 5688 but I have the passport with the stamp of my first landing.
Would that be enough?
If not what should I do?

1. No, you have to apply for a certified copy of your "landing record" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/certcopy.asp
