I have a brother who has worked in the USA for the last 12years and he now has a terminal disease and would like to return home to Ontario to be with his family for his remaining days.He has an excellent health insurance plan with his employer which is a global company.
How can I help him to get OHIP coverage for future hospital needs

I'm sorry to hear about your brother's illness.
Although you haven't said, I'm going to assume your brother is a Canadian citizen. If so, then all he has to do is return to Canada and live in Canada for three months in order get his OHIP coverage reinstated. During these three months, he will have to pay for any health care he receives either out of his own pocket or through a private insurance policy.
