Hi,

I've recently submitted an application for an Inland Spousal Sponsorship. I have also applied for an open work permit which I hope to receive in the next months.

While I await for a decision to be made on my application, I would like to study attend college. I am able to pay for my tuition fees for my course. Am I allowed to study in this way without any problems in relation to my application or stay in Canada.

Thanks

You can study without a study permit provided the entire length of the program / degree / diploma / certificate is six months or less.
