Will the CRA levy tax on our immovable properties and deposits in our home country? Or will they levy tax on income generated on land and deposits. or will it be taxed on capital gains. how is it going to be treated?
I have already declared at the time of applying for migration about all my assets and its networth. Now how do i bring to canada this money without tax as i have already declared it before first landing.

We have had other users ask questions about properties in other countries, more specifically about taxation and selling later. These are from several years ago, however, according to a Canada Revenue Agency representative, the process is still very similar.
We suggest that you may want to get some information that is specific to your situation and also get some additional information by contacting the Canada Revenue Agency directly.
There is also a telephone number available for international inquiries.

My uncle stole my property my grandma wrote me out a hand written will and he burnt it I have been there 43 years too
