Can my sister mail my PR card outside of Canada?

Hello,
I am coming to Canada (Toronto) on April, 2016. I have my immigrant visa. I am coming to canada on FSWP program. I am coming with my family. But unfortunately we have to return back very soon. So, while returning we will don't have our PR card. So, my question is how can I get the PR card outside canada?? Can my sister send me the PR card outside of Canada by canadapost or DHL/Fedex service?? Please let me know. It will be very helpful for me.

Yes - she can certainly send your PR card to you outside of Canada.
