hi,
i landed in Toronto on 20th December, 2015 with my parents. My parents have received their PR cards but i haven't received yet. i called the call center at 18002554541 and 18882422100 but couldn't get through, no one answered. kindly help me what to do ?

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
We can appreciate that you would be interested in the whereabouts of your PR card, especially after your parents have received theirs.
Unfortunately, you may need to continue calling the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Call Centre directly.
Although it may be difficult at times, it is possible to get through. Just keep trying. Some have stated that they have had success by calling right at 8 a.m. when the lines open.
