Hi, I am currently living in a upstairs unit, and my landlord uses the downstairs as his "cottage". It has been brought to my attention that I am paying utilities for a 1800 sq ft home, when I only have access to less than 1000 sq ft.

I pay heat, hydro, water, and as of right now, I am paying to run the utilities in my landlords unit, and he has not said that he will pay his share.

What should I do? and should he be paying for his own utilities?
