I am a Canadian citizen married to a US citizen.
We were married in Ohio and I lived there (illegally) for 4 years before I left him and moved back to Canada (Ontario).
It has been nearly 16 years since I've seen or heard from him, and have no idea where he is.
I would like to have an official divorce but have no idea how to proceed.
There are no children, no property, nothing to contest.
What would be the easiest way to proceed with this?
