Hello, I am on work permit residing in Canada. I wanted my mother to visit me for my graduation ceremony. She previously had visiting visa-multiple entry which was issued for 3 months only & expired on november 30th 2015. But due to some personal reasons she couldnt make her visit last time to Canada. Now if she needs a visiting visa should she reapply? or extend? how it works? Please help me...

1. She has to apply for a new TRV. Same process as when she got the first one.
