Hi.

I have been proactive and found a house to rent - given my landlord 72 days written and verbal notice and I am unsure when he is allowed in to show the rental to prospective tenants.

Do I have to let him in 72 days out from the day that I am moving ?

This seems to " interfere with my reasonable expectation of enjoyment of the property" - Thanks in advance for any help

He is allowed to begin showing the unit immediately. See:

http://www.ontariotenants.ca/law/tpa02.phtml

(3) A landlord may enter the rental unit without written notice to show the unit to prospective tenants if,

(a) the landlord and tenant have agreed that the tenancy will be terminated or one of them has given notice of termination to the other;

(b) the landlord enters the unit between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.; and

(c) before entering, the landlord informs or makes a reasonable effort to inform the tenant of the intention to do so.
