Last Name on Application

Hi
I applied to sponsor my family member start of this month.
But I noticed, I have made a mistake while filling out the form.
So my family member has no last name on their Indian Passport, full name appears in the given name section. But the application form could not be validated with an empty last name field and also they had instructions that your name should be exactly same as the passport. So I entered 'x' on last name and full name in given name section. I think this is wrong.
How can I correct this mistake?
Will the application be processed normally?
I want to avoid wasting any extra time if my application is sent back.
Please help me how to proceed on this.
I was trying to call them since morning but they are not taking calls due to already heavy volume of incoming calls.
Thanks
NAV

Hi
1. If the OP had read the instructions, it states that if you don't have a surname, to put your given names in the surname space and leave the given names blank.
